  1. I should win the game because of my great interest in the NBA. I watch any game that I can and I always try to keep current on the league as a whole. The lockout should end because of the impact that will have on many retailers. Merchandise sales are an essential part of many stores income. With the season canceled, the merchandise will likely not be sold. Also, many people could lose interest in the league, therefore hindering the popular of the NBA for years to come.

  2. I should win NBA 2k12 because im a die hard NBA fan. I would rather get 2K over NBA live. 2K is the best company to make an NBA game, and I have been playing 2K since Sega controlled it.
The reasons I think the lockout should end is because everyone een overseas loves to watch NBA. If the lockout doesn't end soon there will also be more young players getting into trouble, like Javaris Crittenton. I would like the NBA lockout to end because players are going overseas to play. What happens if some of the stars in the league stay overseas to play because they love playing there. People will eventually lose interest if the lockout continues.

  3. Obviously the lockout needs to end for NBA 2K12's sake. No rookies?? It won't ruin the game but people are going to be thinking twice about picking it up on release day.
That being said, I deserve to win a copy because I'm a massive 2K fanboy. I'd love to score a copy without breaking the bank and free sounds good to me!

  4. NBA 2k12 is going to be fantastic game, no doubt about it. But most importantly, this lockout situation has to end because without the NBA, the true heart and soul of sports entertainment will be lost. I feel I should win 2k because of my love for the NBA and everyone in it. Without it, I would be lost. By the way found you at CLNS radio, love the site, will check back often.

  5. I love basketball.. I'm huge basketball fan. I own nba 2k11 from a fan but this year i'm totally broke and won't be able to buy the game. I watch about every single nba game. I love nba 2k. I'm amazing at nba 2k. I have only lost one nba 2k game. never lost except for one game. i'm broke and i don't have the money to buy 2k this year. today beleive or not comcast is coming to my house to disconnect our cable connection that means i won't even be able to watch the nba season. Only online. Since i won't have cable i could use my tv to play nba 2k12. I would really love a free copy. May God bless you

  6. I should win this game because the NBA is one of the most interesting and athletic sports there is, and 2k11 was amazing. I would be elated to play with more of the legends of the game, along side MJ. I think the lockout should end because with the lack of NBA on TV, there really isn't much to watch. People could think that the NBA will turn out to be a bigger fluke than the NFL lockout, making the NBA a less popular sport, and fade into obscurity with lower class sports. NBA is worth the extra mile for the lockout to end.

  7. I should win because whether the NBA is playing real games or not, sharing moments playing with my kids, on a real court on in a video game, is what really counts. While I don't value video games over real activity, sharing family time with a game we all enjoy is why I purchase video games in the first place. The lockout should end because basketball needs to continue its growth in popularity, and kids and adults should not have to see the momentum from last year's amazing season end due to the demands or greed of millionaire players and billionaire owners.

  8. I should win because because I love basketball, even though its barely played in Australia. Its the greatest game ever played and I love being able to play as some of the best athletes in the world and to play along side them aswell in NBA 2k games. The lockout should end because they're harming the peoples game. The NBA brings people together, inspires people, gives them something to believe in and to watch on TV. In the end they're are doing more damage than good. So it should end real soon before it gets out of hand.

  9. I should win this game because I have been an NBA fan ever since I was in Elementary School. I remember my family and I would watch WGN all the time because that channel played all of the Bulls games. I had the black MJ Bulls Jersey and two signed MJ posters on my wall. Even though I didn't understand about basketball at that time I knew MJ was the best. This goes into why the lockout should end so that little kids can feel the same excitement I felt all those years ago. Those were the best times of my life and watching the NBA was partly why!

  10. I should win NBA2k12 because I'm a HUUUUGE 2k fan/basketball fan, and an even bigger Dirk fan, i can't wait to play him on the Mavericks in the new NBA2k12. I believe the lockout should end because the NBA inspires many kids such as myself to reach for their goals and to shows them it is possible. Also the ability these NBA games have to bring communities closer is truely amazing. Never have I been to a place quite as amazing as an NBA game. No where else can you turn to someone you just met and throw them a high five in cheer for your team. But we can't forget the enormous revenue brought in from ticket sales and everything NBA related. Without these sales many people that work with these stadiums will go unemployed and the economy could take a big hit in this already depressed economic time.

  11. I should win the game because I love the experience of playing basketball. However, I am not a good basketball player in reality and also, I get injured a lot. Therefore, I am left with my gaming consoles and the NBA games to enjoy. I also love watching basketball and feel that my love for the game should be rewarded with this best basketball game until now.

I believe this lockout should end because the game of basketball is based on the fans. If the lockout stretches on for too long, fans will switch sports and the sport of basketball will lose its charm. The players are also signing on with foreign teams and finding other jobs, taking them away from the NBA. This will anger their fans and cause them to boycott their following of the NBA season. Websites like these will also suffer due to the lack of an NBA season. And, imagine how sad it will be to have one whole year taken out from a player’s career. It’s horrible and so it shouldn’t happen. I hope today’s meeting gives some hope.

  14. I should win nba 2k12 because it would be a perfect gift for my huband as a birthday and anniversary gift. He is a devoted nba and nba games fan. He plays the games all day and all night. And even though I don't like how much time he spends on the game I love to see him happy. And he is always happy on that game. So since we have no money to buy it, winning it would be the next best thing.

Now as far as the lockout is concerned, I think it should be over because I miss watching all the games. Basketball is my favorite sport and the only sport I even care to understand. Basketball is the only sport that we as a family can agree on and come together to watch. So I am looking forward to the season beginning and hope that it is sooner rather than later. Thank you for your consideration!

  15. I should win the amazing NBA 2K11 because i have a huge collection of them and i want that to keep going. I have 2K5, 2K6, 2K7, 2K8, 2K9, 2K10, 2K11. I am also a massive Basketball fan!!! I play division 1 basketball and got selected in my state team. Basketball is my life that is all i do in my spare time. I watch it, play it and i even umpire. I think the NBA lockout is the biggest load of crap!! All the players want is more money. They do not need it. There are many people out there in the world that are struggling and these people want more money. They are earning millions and they complain! SHOCKING! People look up to these people as heroes, little kids big kids including myself. Do you think this is what they want to see.NO!!!!
