In shocking news Victor Wembanamya will likely miss the rest of the season due to a blood clot in his right shoulder. He had low energy during and after the All-Star break in SF, and then they determined he had the blood clot.
This is a huge development for the Spurs, the NBA, and a young budding superstar. Victor has been blossoming into one of, if not, the top young star in the NBA. You can’t teach size and Wembanamya’s size has allowed him to become a major rim protector at only 21 years of age.
