John Holland’s game is eerily similar to Earl Clarks (Holland’s just five inches shorter). In watching Holland play in the 2013 FIBA Americas, it was clear he plays with the same intensity.
Earl Clark is more athletic and polydimensional. John Holland isn’t playing in the NBA (yet) either. John Holland plays for CB Sevilla in the ACB league (a tough Spanish league).
John Holland’s athletic. He’s springy, strong and agile. Earl Clark may not be as agile, but he’s strong and springy.
Keep an eye out for John Holland. Whether he fits the NBA mold or not is yet to be seen (and may never be). Nevertheless, in watching John Holland play, he reminds me of Earl Clark.
