MAGIC BLOW OUT HORNETS!

The Orlando Magic crushed the New Orleans/Oklahoma City Hornets 101-83. Dwight Howard had 19 points and 9 rebounds in 24 minutes. He played a complete game and looks a lot better this season.

Keyon Dooling had 14 points and 3 steals in 30 minutes. He’s a really good addition to the team’s bench and he can give Steve Francis good breaks on the bench.

Jameer Nelson had 14 points and 4 assists in 22 minutes. His running game looks improved and he’s still working hard on his jump shot. Jamaal Magloire had 13 points and 7 rebounds in 22 minutes. Chris Paul had 8 points and 5 assists in 23 minutes. He really needs to work on his jump shot and his passing needs a bit of work.

J.R. Smith had 5 points and 2 rebounds in 22 minutes. J.R. played a good game and his jumpshot has vastly improved for last season.

P.J. Brown had 10 points and 2 assists in 20 minutes.

This was a good game for both teams’ benches. I like the Magic bench with Dooling and Jameer Nelson plus Garrity for the outside shooting. The Hornets need one solid bench player who gets 10 points and 6 rebounds and they would be better.
