ABA TEAM GETS 177!
The Gallup Talons of the American Basketball Association scored an ABA season high 177 points in a victory over the Hawaii MegaForce 177-111. After one period Gallup had 49 points! At the half the score was 87-55! Coach Clayton Shields said, “I wish some NBA scouts would come to our games and watch these two play – this is what being a point guard is all about. Regardless of which one is on the floor, our offense runs like a well-oiled machine. And they score too.” Gallup is now 10-0 and easily going through the season.
