Pau is a great all-around player (except in 3-pointers, but he knows well enough not to try them) and he has the potential to be the best player. In my opinion, softness makes him seem like an all-around person, as well. So what if he doesn't play aggressively - he can still get the job done. He is scared to play in the land of giants when he usually is the tallest one.
