Billy King New Nets GM

This news is from Chris Mannix on Twitter. King will be taking over in New Jersey. Not a bad move, he was due for a job. After a solid start in his Philly days, he left there on questionable terms. The Nets have got a young roster with loads of talent and potential for him to work with.

King should make his focus on keeping the young core together. Lopez, Harris, Favors now joining the group. All they need is experience and seasoned veterans around them. Clearly these guys are better than last seasons 12 wins.

But is the new Russian Owner's goal of a title in five years possible? That's yet to be seen. There's a ton of work to be done before they're even in that conversation.
