Video: Al Jefferson Talks About His Off-Season

Al Jefferson, Minnesota Timerwolves forward, has had one long, extended off-season. He hurt his knee, causing him to miss the rest of the season. He has said he'd be able to come back at 100% next season.

Just to explain something important from the video: he says he will visit the doctor on August 24th. He expects to be cleared to play at that time. Then he can really start getting back into basketball shape. If all goes well, it sounds like he'll be ready from the get go this season.
