SPURS EVEN UP SERIES WITH NUGGETS!

The Spurs beat the Nuggets 97-88 to tie their series at one each. The key for the Spurs was the big three--Duncan, Parker and Ginobili--playing very well. The Nuggets got the lead down near the end of the game but it wasn't enough; even so, I loved their effort.

Tim Duncan finished with 22 points and 7 boards. He has to establish an early rhythm in Denver so he can set the tone for the rest of the Spurs. Tony Parker also added 20 points and 6 dimes. Parker needs to work the ball inside and out, so the Spurs can have a diversified offensive attack in game three.
